El consenso de Davos: ¿hacia la instauración de una gobernanza global?

##article.abstract##

En un contexto de crisis global, las asociaciones público-privadas han promovido un nuevo marco normativo internacional. Un ejemplo es la iniciativa del Gran Reinicio, impulsada por el Foro Económico Mundial, que ha influido en la configuración de políticas globales. Este estudio identifica y analiza las principales políticas asociadas a esta agenda, denominándolas el nuevo consenso de Davos debido a su impacto en la gobernanza global. Desde un enfoque de política global y administración transnacional, se abordan siete ejes clave: 1) Política de salud global, 2) Acción y acuerdos climáticos globales, 3) Gobernanza e identidad digital única, 4) Moneda digital, 5) Inteligencia artificial y otras tecnologías emergentes, 6) Intervencionismo estatal y los sistemas de reputación social, y 7) Inclusión social y género. Estas políticas interconectadas configuran un nuevo orden global.
