Abstract

This work seeks to characterize how technological tools are incorporated in the management of citizen demands in government institutions on environmental matters in the state of Tlaxcala. Additionally, the investigation also indicates the technological training that officials receive, as well as the approach they have to Artificial Intelligence and digital security measures. This research was carried out through a survey conducted among officials from institutions, both state and federal, on environmental matters in the state of Tlaxcala. The main conclusions indicate that the majority of officials have digital platforms to manage citizen demands, however, variables such as low training, insufficient technological resources and little relationship with digital platforms have not allowed technology to have a significant impact on channeling citizen demands.
